CLGSA is one of the largest gay softball associations in the country and is a 501c(3) organization, founded in 1986, focused on providing opportunity and access for the LGBT community and their allies to participate in organized softball competition.
CLGSA is an open division softball league open to LGBT players and friends in the Columbus metropolitan area. The organization strengthens our community by providing social connections, camaraderie, and athletic competition for players at all skill levels. CLGSA is a NAGAAA Member City.

Here are some of the most common FAQs:
Player Registration begins in early March and continues until the season begins (usually the first Sunday in May). Team Registration begins March 1st and continues until April 14th.
There is no individual registration fee. Team fees for the 2013 season are $650 for double headers and $500 for single games. The Team fees are generally paid by a team sponsor. Each team determines how the Team fees will be paid. In some cases, teams may choose to ask individual players to pay for a portion of the Team fees.
No, you do not have to already have a team to register. CLGSA will make a list of individuals looking for a team available to the Team Managers. CLGSA will make every effort to help you find a team.
Generally, the season begins the first Sunday in May and extends for 10 weeks of play. However, we do not play Memorial Day Weekend, Pride Weekend or July Fourth Weekend. In August, there is an end-of-season tournament that is played for two consecutive days (Saturday and Sunday). This is the 2013 Proposed Schedule of Play.
